Cache Theatre Company’s Code of Conduct

At Cache Theatre Company (CTC), we are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all participants, patrons, volunteers, and staff. As one of Cache Valley’s longest-running community theatre organizations, we hold ourselves to high standards both onstage and behind the scenes.

Professional Standards

All individuals involved in CTC productions are expected to:

• Demonstrate punctuality and preparedness for rehearsals and performances
• Communicate respectfully with directors, cast, crew, and staff
• Follow production guidelines and leadership direction
• Maintain the integrity of the rehearsal and performance process

Behavior Expectations

CTC fosters a collaborative and supportive artistic environment. We expect:

• Mutual respect regardless of age, experience level, background, or role
• Positive and constructive communication
• Appropriate language and conduct consistent with a family-oriented performing arts organization
• Responsible use of costumes, props, facilities, and theatre property

Harassment & Safety Policy

Cache Theatre Company maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, bullying, or misconduct of any kind. This includes behavior based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other protected status.

Concerns may be reported confidentially to a member of the production team, board, or designated leadership. All reports will be taken seriously and addressed promptly to ensure the safety and well-being of our community.

Participation in any CTC production indicates agreement to uphold this Code of Conduct.
