Learn the audition combo in advance using this video. A brief review will be given at auditions, but the dance will not be taught day-of. Please note, all auditioniers must do the dance call (both online and in-person auditions).

Complete your audition form prior to arrival for your audition. Be sure to include all required information, including your full conflict list for dates between May 16—July 16, a current headshot, your performance resume, & at least 2 references.

AUDITION SONGS INFORMATION:

Prepare a one-minute song in the style of the show (or from Frozen The Musical itself).

Choose one of the following options:

  • Music Track
    Submit your track in advance (MP3, MP4, or YouTube link with a start time).
    Tracks must be edited to your 1-minute cut and contain no backing vocals. (Please note: No A Capella Singing allowed either)
    No phones or personal devices will be used during auditions.
  • Sheet Music
    An accompanist will be provided (or you may bring your own accompanist).
    Please bring photocopied music with the song/show title clearly labeled.
    Ensure your music is in the correct key and clearly marked for any cuts.

Tips for Success
Choose a song that highlights both your vocal ability and personality. This is your chance to show us who you are as a performer. (FYI, We’re not just looking for a good voice—we’re looking for storytelling, personality, and presence!)

We are also accepting Video Auditions, however we HIGHLY encourage attending the in-person auditions

If you are unable to attend in-person auditions on the assigned dates, you may email a link to your audition video to kody.rash@ccsdut.org. Please label Email subject line as FROZEN AUDITION. You must include in your submission: your song of choice, acting side(s) and the full dance call. Videos will be accepted until 10pm Saturday April 11th. Anything emailed after that time will not be viewed.

Evenings Monday- Friday 6:00-10:00pm Saturdays 9-1pm


Please Note: Not all cast members are required at every rehearsal. A rehearsal schedule will be provided soon after casting. 


Rehearsal Specifics will be based on both the conflicts of those casted and the production team.

AUDITIONS ARE OPEN FOR AGES 18 & UP*!

*Except for the roles of Young Elsa & Young Anna

We will be accepting video auditions for Young Elsa and Young Anna until April 11th. These auditions are open to performers age 8-17. Please sing the music selection and perform 1 acting side. Please email a link to your audition video (google drive or YouTube are the preferred formats) to kody.rash@ccsdut.org. Please download the audition form, fill it out, and attach it with your video link. 


Callbacks for Young Ana and Young Elsa will be determined at a later date.  Please review our Video Audition policies in order to ensure your audition submission is valid.
